Ilse Weber was a Czech composer and writer, born in Witkowitz near Mährisch-Ostrau, who made significant contributions to the field of literature. She primarily wrote in German, focusing on creating songs and theater pieces for Jewish children. Her work showcased her dedication to preserving and promoting Jewish culture through her writing. In 1930, she married Willi Weber, and the couple started their life together.

Weber's literary output included a notable book titled "Mendel Rosenbusch: Tales for Jewish Children," published in 1929, which gained popularity among its readers.
