Joel Kinnaman

Joel Kinnaman is a Swedish-American actor born in 1979. He initially rose to prominence in Sweden for his performances in the 2010 film Easy Money and the Johan Falk crime series. These early roles laid the groundwork for his subsequent international recognition. Kinnaman's versatility as an actor has allowed him to take on a wide range of characters, from dramatic roles in television series to action-oriented parts in big-screen productions.

Kinnaman's international breakthrough came with his portrayal of complex characters in several notable television series, including Detective Stephen Holder in The Killing, Takeshi Kovacs in Altered Carbon, and Governor Will Conway in House of Cards. He has also made a mark in the film industry with roles such as Alex Murphy in the 2014 remake of RoboCop and Rick Flag in the DC Comics films Suicide Squad and The Suicide Squad.
